Cash on delivery is common in this region and most global tools treat it as an afterthought, so we built order confirmation in as a proper step in the flow rather than a workaround for the brands that need it. Cafes and restaurants get their own system: a full POS with shifts, kitchen display, menu, recipe level ingredients, per branch inventory and cashier reports.
